SIGNAGE & BRANDING ORDERING PROCESS
For most people ordering signage & branding is a rare, overwhelming, confusing process & in some cases an occasional experience as well, CSGS&B takes you through the ordering process as smooth and non-complicated as possible & adapts the process to suit each clients individual needs.
STEP 1 THE ENQUIRY:
You can contact us by phone, by email, WhatsApp or by filling out an Enquiry Form on our website.
Our experienced signage consultancy team will be able to assess your enquiry & sort out whether a visit to your site would be the next stage.
STEP 2 THE SITE VISIT:
Our sign specialist surveyors will make an appointment to visit your premises. We will look to find out exactly what you are looking for, where the sign will go, and to make measurements for the sign, the surveyor will use samples and swatches to show you the options we have for making your signage & branding.
STEP 3 THE PROPOSAL:
Within a few days of the visit the Surveyor will provide you with a Proposal, this will describe all of your needs, a detailed price quotation.
STEP 4 YOUR ORDER:
If you are happy with our proposal we will ask you to place an order & in most cases make a deposit payment & send a visual of how the signage will look.
STEP 5 SIGNAGE & BRANDING DESIGN:
Our signage & branding designer will provide you with a detailed illustration of how your signage will look, you may revise this design as much as you like to get the design perfect.
STEP 6 THE ARTWORK APPROVAL:
Once you are happy with our design we will ask you for your signed approval of the artwork & send a proforma invoice for deposit payment (in some cases) & will only commence with the manufacture once the signage design has been approved & deposit / full payment has been made.
STEP 7 SIGN MANUFACTURING:
We will requisition the materials and fixings required for your sign and we will custom-manufacture the sign to exactly comply with your approved sign design.
STEP 8 QUALITY CONTROL:
Once your sign is manufactured it will be inspected and checked against your approved sign design.
STEP 9 FINAL PAYMENT:
Once your signage & branding is manufactured & ready we will inspect and checked it against your approved signage design ahead of the installation & then email the final installation date over & a copy invoice for final payment.
STEP 10 SIGNAGE & BRANDING INSTALLATION:
Soon after the approved sign design, we will contact you to agree a date when the signage & branding can be installed. On the day our installation team(s) will ensure that the signage & branding is installed without posing any risk to you or your staff and visitors while we carry out the signage & branding installation on site.
